Mowing, tree pruning, feeding and maintenance of the automatic irrigation systems that keep your green spaces alive are carried out periodically by our landscaping specialists. Neglected grounds are the first thing anyone sees of a development; regular upkeep affects both quality of life and property value directly.

Frequently Asked

Mowing is regular through the growing season, with pruning and feeding carried out seasonally. Frequency is set against the size of the grounds, the plant species and the climate, and written into an annual maintenance schedule.

Programming the automatic irrigation system correctly reduces water use noticeably. The system is set at the start of the season and any leaks or faults put right; consumption is tracked as a separate line in the income and expenditure statement.

Routine maintenance is included. Work requiring materials, such as buying seasonal plants, is planned as a separate budget line and carried out with the management board’s approval.

Municipal permission may be required for certain species and certain kinds of work. Before pruning we assess the species and the work involved and, where necessary, handle the permission process.
